Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work life balance, compensation, as well as training and career development on employee performance at a startup company in DKI Jakarta. Using quantitative methods, research data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 97 respondents. The results of the analysis prove that the three variables have a very strong influence. Through the coefficient of determination test, it is known that 96.0% of employee performance is influenced by work life balance, compensation, and career development, while the remaining 4.0% is influenced by other factors. The resulting regression equation is Y = 3,703 + 0,256 X1 + 0,319 X2 + 0,296 X3. Statistical testing shows a positive and significant influence either partially (t test) or simultaneously (F test). The significance value of all independent variables is below 0.05, which means the hypothesis is accepted. In conclusion, work life balance, compensation, as well as training and career development have a significant influence both independently and together on employee performance.
