Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, training, and career development on employee performance at PT Salvus Inti. The research data sources are the data sources needed to conduct the research. These data sources can be obtained directly (primary data) or indirectly (secondary data) related to the research object. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of PT Salvus Inti. This study used an accidental sampling technique to obtain samples by chance for more efficient sample collection. The sample size was determined using the saturated sampling formula. The analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression, which was used to determine the influence of work motivation, training, and career development, which are independent variables, on employee performance, which is the dependent variable. regression equation with equation Y = 0.556 + 0.297 (Work motivation) + 0.360 (Training) + 0.363 (Career development) Data processing in this study used Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 26.0 for Windows. From the results of the t-test analysis with a significance level of 5%, it shows that the work motivation variable gets a t-test value of (2.941> 2.01954) and a significance value (0.005 <0.05) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then the training variable gets a t-test value of (3.121> 2.01954) and a significance value (0.005 <0.05) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the career development variable gets a t-test value of (2.434> 2.01954) and a significance value (0.019 <0.05) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test analysis of the work motivation, training and career development variables are (24.023> 2.83) and a significance value (0.000 <0.05) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The predictive power of the three independent variables (work motivation, training, and career development) on the dependent variable (employee performance) in this study was 61.1%, while the remaining 38.9% was explained by other variables outside the research model
