Abstract

Creativity and technology have proven to have an important role in shaping the entrepreneurial intention of Generation Z, which is a key demographic group in future innovation and economic development. This study uses the PRISMA-based Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with Boolean search formulation through the PICO and SPIDER frameworks. An initial total of 118 articles were identified from various international databases (Scopus, ScienceDirect, Springer, Wiley, Sage, IEEE, Web of Science, and Google Scholar). After the screening process, the final results were obtained as many as 23 articles were selected for in-depth analysis based on title, abstract, and full-text screening. The results of the study show that creativity and innovation significantly affect the formation of entrepreneurial intentions in Generation Z through increasing self-efficacy, motivation, and perception of business opportunities. This study is expected to enrich the academic literature and provide practical recommendations for the development of entrepreneurship education and supporting policies in supporting the transformation of the digital economy and strengthening the role of Generation Z in sustainable entrepreneurship.
