This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Product Price, and Sales on Distributor Bonuses at PT Leafhea International Network, both partially and simultaneously. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, with the coefficient of determination (R2) test, t-test, and F-test using a sample of 52 respondents. Based on the data processing results, the multiple linear regression analysis produced the equation Y = 19.348 + 0.369 X1 + 0.270 X2 – 0.037 X3. The coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained an adjusted R-square value of 0.307, or 31%. This means that the bonus variable is influenced by Product Quality, Product Price, and Sales. The remaining 69% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. The t-test results show that the Product Quality variable (X1) obtained a t count of 2.137 > t table 2.010. Thus, Product Quality (X1) has a partial positive influence on the bonus (Y) at PT Leafhea Internasional Network. The Product Price variable (X2) obtained a t count of 0.925 < 2.010. Thus, the product price (X2) does not have a partial positive influence on the bonus (Y) at PT Leafhea Internasional Network. The Sales variable (X3) obtained a t count of -0.160 < t table 2.010. Thus, sales (X3) have a partial negative influence on the bonus (Y) at PT Leafhea Internasional Network. The test results show that the calculated F value is 8.531 > F table 2.79 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the variables of product quality (X1), product price (X2), and sales (X3) have a simultaneous influence on bonuses (Y) at PT Leafhea Internasional Network.
