Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work shifts, and wages on the employee performance at PT Darma Mulia Makmur in Caringin, Bogor. PT Darma Mulia Makmur operates in the fisheries sector, where employee performance is crucial to its operations. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population and sample consist of 80 employees of PT Darma Mulia Makmur. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS, following tests for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions (normality and multicollinearity). The research results indicate that, individually, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and wages do not significantly influence employee performance, with significance values of 0.646 and 0.612, respectively (p > 0.05). However, work shifts do have a significant individual impact on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.046 (p < 0.05). When analyzed simultaneously, SOPs, work shifts, and wages do not significantly affect employee performance; the F-test significance value is 0.246 (p > 0.05), and the model explains only 6% of the variation in employee performance (R-squared = 0.060). Recommendations based on this study include periodically improving the quality of SOPs, optimizing work shift schedules given their dominant influence, and evaluating wage policies to ensure they are competitive and fair
